Rental terms

Rental duration

The rental period begins with delivery or pickup and ends with the return. Tiered pricing applies from three and from seven rental days.

Cleaning

Professional cleaning of crockery, glassware and cutlery is included in the rental price. Food residue must be removed. Heavily soiled furniture is charged based on effort.

Breakage and loss

Missing or damaged items are charged at replacement value. Replacement values are stated in the quote.

Cancellation

• Free of charge up to 14 days before the rental starts
• 30 percent of the order total 13 to 4 days before the rental starts
• 60 percent of the order total from 3 days before the rental starts

Liability

The renting party is liable for the equipment during the rental period. We recommend appropriate insurance coverage.
