You put together your products online, choose the rental period and send a rental request. We check availability, send you a quote and deliver on schedule once confirmed.

How are rental prices calculated?

Prices depend on the item and rental duration. From three or seven rental days onward, tiered prices apply, making longer rentals cheaper.

How short-notice can I rent?

As long as the item is available, rentals within a few days are possible. For large events we recommend booking early.

Do I need to wash the dishes and glasses?

No. Please remove food residue; professional cleaning is included in the rental price.

What happens in case of breakage or loss?

Missing or damaged items are charged at replacement value. These items are listed transparently in the rental terms.

Are there special conditions for business customers?

Yes. For caterers, agencies and hospitality businesses we offer individual pricing, framework agreements and recurring rental lists.

Do you deliver to Germany or Austria as well?

Currently we serve Switzerland. The platform is already prepared for expansion into Germany and Austria.
